The meeting years ago with a high tech sport brand like Scarpa has allowed both partners to achieve performance and sustainability results that were unthinkable at that time. The journey is not over yet: O Arkema and the other major polymers players look at ways to increase their bio-based portfolio of monomers and polymers, giving emphasis to the extremely important work and dynamics of this industry and particularly of the start-ups. O Scarpa as well as the other sport brands and industrial players ask for more performing economically viable bio-based materials for their projects.
