Telecommunication engineer by training has joined Bio-on in 2016 after 20 years in automotive, where he managed several areas as business development, program management, sales and aftersales.
He suddenly recognized the potential applications of poly-hydroxyalcanoates creating the Business Unit CNS fully committed on Life Science with special focus in cosmetic, oral care, biomedical, nutraceutical and smart materials. CNS mission is to deliver materials & devices with “ultra-green performances”, reverting the common thinking that bioplastics are synonym of low efficacy.
He has experience in ideation, being inventor of eleven patent applications (five as PCT) ranging from cosmetic, biomedical and advanced materials.
Recently he won Frost & Sullivan 2018 award for cosmetic innovation.
